Marina, Fenna, and Iblis

Hand Marina a held Fungstone, finish Fenna's Koroom and rose trials, and bring Iblis three Runic Scrooms before the Deep Halls piano.

New Ground: hold the Fungstone

Marina sits by a wooden table near the Bluestone Caverns entrance, in a yellow hard hat. Accept New Ground. Catch a Fungstone in the caverns. Keep it.

Open the backpack, sort by Recent if you need to, and select the Fungstone so you are visibly holding the grey spotted creature. Talk to Marina and choose the hand-over. Look for Quest Completed: New Ground. If she says you have none, select the tile again. A filled tracker is not the delivery. This held-item step is documented for Marina. Do not assume every quest works that way.

Marcus also asks for a Fungstone. Mira wants a Bonsaibud from Sorin's Respite and a Crystallina from the caverns. Aiko asks for a Petaldrake. Medon is tied to Ignara and Oracle of Cervos. Keep the named creature until that conversation is finished.

Mantle of the Songkeeper

Fenna is behind the Grove waterfall. She wants the Grove species entries filled before Mantle of the Songkeeper starts. Judge that by her dialogue, not by your level.

  1. Give her a Koroom. The Index picture does not replace the creature. If you sold it, catch another. The card range is 71.2–118.7 Hz.
  2. At the thorn entrance beside her, equip the Ocarina, select Bloomcall, and play the notes on screen. Confirm the barrier opens. Homeward Melody and Song of Passage do other jobs.
  3. Cross the platforms, pluck the rose with its prompt, and return. Songtreads help the jumps. If you fall, retry the landing that failed.
  4. Her recorded offering is 5,000 Chimes. Finish the dialogue. Check for the Songkeeper title and Forest Spirit's Lyre, then equip the lyre under Instruments.

Walking out of the rose room does not award the lyre. If Bloomcall is missing, finish Fenna's conversation and look at Known Songs again.

The Magus' Requiem

Start with Iblis in Sanctum Magus when his quest is available. His first unlock level is not confirmed. Bring one Runic Sigilith, one Runic Inkling, and one Runic Occulot. Plain copies are the wrong variant. Deepchord, bought for a recorded 16,000 Chimes after Pell's Answer the Machine stone sequence in Bluestone Caverns, is what players use when they want Runic attempts. It does not guarantee the prefix. Read the machine's sequence on your own attempt. A universal color order is not documented.

After the trio, the objective becomes the Archmage's piano.

  1. Read the Deep Halls entry quote. The recorded cost is 32,000 Chimes. Whether a failed entry refunds that fee is unconfirmed.
  2. Use Break the Seal (E on PC in the recording) so the three-key objective appears.
  3. Pick up three keys in the library corridors. A creature in the halls is something to avoid, not a catch objective. There is no verified key map.
  4. After the third key, the final room opens in the recorded run. Recover the piano. A key or a doorway is not the piano.
  5. Return to Iblis and finish the talk. The instrument Archmage's Requiem is awarded on that return. The related badge is The Magus' Heir for completing The Magus' Requiem. Equip the instrument afterward.

If the reward is missing, finish the return dialogue before you pay the entry again.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there SCROOMS codes?

No redeemable code string is documented, and launch guides do not show a redemption button. Catch, sell, and finish quests for Chimes. If a later creator post gives an exact string and the game shows a place to enter it, use that string only.

Who sells the Tamer's Guitar, Julian or Jane?

The opening tutorial uses Julian at a wooden stall for the sale and a 100-Chime guitar. A stall walkthrough names Jane, by a treble-clef sign near the red houses, as the seller of that guitar, the Adventurer's Tambourine, and the Violin of Pilgrimage. Follow the name printed on the prompt in your session.

What notes play Homeward Melody?

On the Ocarina, play Left, Down, Up, Left. The song returns you to the spawn you have set. That is not always the original Grove spawn.

Does Luck show my chance to catch a rare Scroom?

No. Luck is described as rare attraction. A printed +5% or +40% is an equipment value, not a measured chance for a named species.

Is The Undergarden already a released area?

The experience listing names The Undergarden Beneath the Grove for October 24, 2026, with a notify action. That is an announced event. It is not a released patch walkthrough.
